DOWNLOADER RECHARGER (DRC-300) FIRMWARE (FW) UPDATE

Als uw faciliteit en/of DRC-300 Downloader Recharger geen problemen ondervindt, hoeft u geen actie te ondernemen.

Als u problemen ondervindt met de functionaliteit van de DRC-300 en/of met het netwerk, volg dan de onderstaande 2-stappenprocedure om de firmware-update van het product te downloaden en te installeren.

In dit technisch bulletin wordt stap voor stap uitgelegd hoe u het hulpprogramma gebruikt om uw firmware bij te werken.

stap 2: hulpprogramma voor firmware-update downloaden

Dit is het hulpprogramma dat nodig is om de DRC-300-firmware bij te werken naar versie 2.1.0

Download drc-300 fw update utility.exe

Let op:
1. Als het bestand firmware update utility (.EXE) niet kan worden gedownload, wordt het bestand mogelijk geblokkeerd door uw antivirussoftware. Neem contact op met uw lokale IT-afdeling en geef de volgende informatie om het bestand te kunnen downloaden.

2. Trivial File Transfer Protocol (TFTP) wordt gebruikt om het firmwarebestand op de DRC-300 bij te werken.
3. Voor verdere hulp kunt u contact opnemen met uw distributeur of vertegenwoordiger van Abbott Point of Care.
