Panbio™ Dengue Early Rapid

De Panbio™ Dengue Early Rapid is een NS1-antigeenserum, plasma of volbloed immunochromatografisch assay voor dengue. Bedoeld voor de kwalitatieve detectie van NS1-antigeen in serum, plasma of volbloed gebruikt als hulpmiddel in de klinische laboratoriumdiagnose van patiënten met symptomen die overeenkomen met dengue (knokkelkoorts). De Panbio™ Dengue Early Rapid moet worden gebruikt in combinatie met andere serologische tests voor dengue.

  • Het NS1-antigeen kan in serum worden gedetecteerd vanaf dag 1 na het ontstaan van koorts tot en met dag 91,2,3. Dit in vergelijking tot IgM-antistoffen die pas op dag 3-5 kunnen worden gedetecteerd4,5.
  • Het nieuwe formaat van dit hulpmiddel voor dengue-NS1-detectie presteerde beter, is gebruiksvriendelijk en gemakkelijk te interpreteren in vergelijking met het strookformaat.
