Software Update Version 21.15

This recommended update for the Afinion™ 2 introduces several improvements.

It includes a new alert for elevated bilirubin levels during lipid panel testing, an easier to read QC lockout screen, and enhanced lid motor reliability to reduce downtime. A new support icon that displays an additional service code will be available to support quick troubleshooting. The update also improves startup self-test functionality and ensures compatibility with updated hardware components. 

Not applicable to the Alere AS100™ analyzer.* If you require a USB, please contact Abbott Customer Service.

*Software download available for Afinion 2 analyzers on all software versions. The current AS100™ software is 7.05. To upgrade AS100 analyzers on software 7.04 and lower to the latest version, please contact your local customer service center to order a USB capable of the upgrade.
