Hepatitis C remains a significant global health challenge, with millions of people unaware of their infection status.1 This webinar will explore why expanding access to hepatitis C virus (HCV) testing is essential to achieving elimination goals. We will examine the barriers that hinder testing efforts and the key enablers that can drive progress. Participants will gain insights from successful national elimination programs and how universal HCV antibody screening can be a powerful approach in the global fight against hepatitis C.

  2. Identify key barriers and facilitators to broaden access to hepatitis C virus testing.
  3. Describe successful national and regional elimination programs, highlighting innovative approaches and measurable outcomes.
  4. Discuss expanded hepatitis C screening recommendations as effective approaches to achieving elimination goals.

  2. Select either Member or Non-Member log-in box.

    1. ASCLS members: Log in with the username and password used to enter the Members Section of the ASCLS website.
    2. Non-members: click the “Register Here” link to create a username and password or use login with existing CE Organizer credentials

  3. Once logged in:

    1. Click on “Claim Credit” tab at the top of the page.
    2. Click on “Other P.A.C.E. Programs” tab.
    3. Locate 618 Abbott ARDx and click “View Events”.
    4. Select the session attended by checking the teal box and scroll down to click “Next”.
    5. Enter the session code provided at the end of the webinar and click “Next”.
    6. Evaluate the session and click “Complete Survey”.
    7. Click “Download Certificate Now” to view, print, and save your certificate.
