Dr. W. Frank Peacock MD, FACEP, FACC, FESC is a Professor of Emergency Medicine and Vice Chair for Research in the department of Emergency Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Zhiyong Peng MD, PhD is Chair and Professor of Critical Care Medicine at Zhongnan Hospital, Wuham University.
