The Alere Compliance Program includes policies designed to incorporate guidance contained in the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Providers. To our knowledge as of the date of this declaration, Alere is in compliance with our Compliance Program, as described here, and with California Health & Safety Code Sections 119400-119402. We will evaluate and update our Compliance Program, as necessary and appropriate.
